SHIPPING RATES & POLICIES

1. Orders will be processed within 3 business days or less after receipt.

2. Our items will take approximately 5-8 business days to arrive for regular shipping, depending on the destination. We do offer a 2-day shipping option; however, delivery will not be made on weekends.

3. The delivery date may vary depending on the items. Please understand that for certain items that were ordered on the same date, there might be different delivery dates.

4. There are possibilities of delay/or cancellation due to unpredictable weather conditions or a natural calamity. Please understand that there are some days where delivery cannot be made, even if there was a requested date for delivery.

5. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will require a 2-day air shipping and the corresponding shipping charge.

6. We will only ship to customers who reside in the contiguous 48 U.S. states, plus Hawaii and Alaska. Unfortunately, we do not ship to countries outside the U.S.
