RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

  1. We will replace the item if it is damaged upon receipt. Please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving the item.

  2. We cannot replace or cannot accept return of an item due to any personal reasons.

  4. We cannot replace or cannot accept a return after the item is used or consumed.

  5. Please note that we may request for you to send photos in the case of a damaged item.
